Anella II is a magnificent three level, 5 bedroom villa offering a serene and private space with stylish furniture and fittings.
One enters the villa where you find the kitchen, dining and living areas. The lounge area flows onto a wooden terrace that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Twelve Apostles mountain range.
All of the bedrooms are en-suite. Four of the five bedrooms are located on the top floor and the fifth bedroom is located on the lower level and has direct access to the pool deck.
On the lower level there is also a further lounge and entertainment area that includes a pool table and bar area. Access to the spacious pool deck and pool is also located here.
Situated on the glen side of Camps Bay in a quiet, secure road, this is the perfect family villa.

Important Information
Damages Deposit:
A damages deposit shall be required before check-in and is used to cover any loss or damage
suffered by BookNow, the owner and/or their representative. The damage deposit method and
amount shall vary depending on the property booked. The damage deposit shall be refunded to
the guest via BookNow within 14 working days after the premises has been vacated & checked
and after deduction of any cost to repair damage to the premises and/or to the contents thereof,
outstanding amounts and/or any other expenses for which the guest is liable. The guest hereby
authorises BookNow, the owner, and/or their representative to utilise such funds as required from
the aforesaid
- No birthday parties, functions, events and/or similar are to be held the property
- No pets allowed
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation by the GUEST, the AGENT must immediately notify BookNow in
writing. The cancellation date shall be deemed to be the date when such notice is received by
BookNow. In the event of cancellation, the following charges shall apply;
• Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be
forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
• Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be
forfeited.
In the event of a Peak booking (any booking falling between 15 December – 10 January):
• Cancellation 61 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be
forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
• Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be
forfeited.
There shall be no entitlement to a refund in the event that a GUEST decides to stay for a shorter
period than has been booked and paid for.
