Beach Villa 1 is a large villa in a stunning location overlooking the length of Camps Bay’s long palm-fringed beach and also enjoys glorious views of the majestic Twelve Apostle mountain range towering over the bay.
Beach Villa 1 is a two level villa that consists of 6 bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms are located within the main house and there is a separate en-suite 6th bedroom semi-attached to the villa.
The villa has an open plan dining and living room that leads out onto the sea facing pool deck that has a shared pedestrian gate leading down to Victoria Road which is less than a minute’s walk away from Camps Bay beachfront.

Important Information
Damages Deposit:
A damages deposit shall be required before check-in and is used to cover any loss or damage
suffered by BookNow, the owner and/or their representative. The damage deposit method and
amount shall vary depending on the property booked. The damage deposit shall be refunded to
the guest via BookNow within 14 working days after the premises has been vacated & checked
and after deduction of any cost to repair damage to the premises and/or to the contents thereof,
outstanding amounts and/or any other expenses for which the guest is liable. The guest hereby
authorises BookNow, the owner, and/or their representative to utilise such funds as required from
the aforesaid
- No birthday parties, functions, events and/or similar are to be held the property
- No pets allowed
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation by the GUEST, the AGENT must immediately notify BookNow in
writing. The cancellation date shall be deemed to be the date when such notice is received by
BookNow. In the event of cancellation, the following charges shall apply;
• Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be
forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
• Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be
forfeited.
In the event of a Peak booking (any booking falling between 15 December – 10 January):
• Cancellation 61 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be
forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
• Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be
forfeited.
There shall be no entitlement to a refund in the event that a GUEST decides to stay for a shorter
period than has been booked and paid for.
