Oceanscape, as the name suggests this holiday house is the ultimate holiday escape with beautiful ocean views. A spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom double storey holiday house situated high up in Camps Bay and benefits from extraordinary views of the ocean and Twelve Apostles.
Expect extraordinary sunsets and enjoy BBQ’s and sunny pool days from the spacious balconies and pool area at Oceanscape. With views from every room, guests will feel the ocean atmosphere, calming their senses and evoke a real holiday experience.
Oceanscape features a spa/steam room situated beside the pool, two large balconies on each level of the house, a BBQ by the pool, a small garden on the first level and lots of space for large families.
The bottom level boasts two lounge areas, a dining set, a kitchen and laundry area that all lead out sliding doors to the bottom balcony by the pool and sauna area. There is also a guest bathroom on this level.
Leading upstairs guests will find 3 bedrooms all with sea and mountain views, 2 of which are en suite with an additional large family bathroom that features a bath and shower.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in cupboard and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, leading out to the balcony. The second bedroom has twin/double beds, a workspace and also leads out to the balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds, a workspace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning. On the other side of the house, upstairs, there is a very private self-contained, en-suite guest cottage with its own balcony, lounge and kitchenette.
Additional amenities include WiFi, DSTV and housekeeping by arrangement at additional cost. There is driveway parking for two cars and a garage for one car.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
