- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.

A really nice house and great pool, although could do with a little bit of maintenance in parts. It does have some of the most stunning views in Camps Bay which you really can't fault. Well appointed kitchen and very glamorous living spaces. We stayed over New Year hence the slightly low score when for value for money when prices go through the roof. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.
